After machining, individual mould components are carefully inspected and assembled to form the complete mould. The assembly process includes fitting mould plates, cores, cavities, ejector systems, guide components, cooling channels, and other necessary elements.

The assembled mould is thoroughly checked to ensure smooth movement, proper alignment, accurate fitting, and effective cooling and ejection. Functional testing at this stage helps identify and correct any issues before the mould proceeds to the final trial.

A mould trial is conducted to evaluate the performance of the completed mould and to produce sample plastic components. The samples are carefully checked for dimensions, surface finish, appearance, weight, defects, and overall conformity with the customer’s requirements.

After successful trial and final inspection, necessary finishing and adjustments are completed. The mould then undergoes a final quality check before being carefully prepared for delivery, ensuring that the customer receives a reliable, production-ready mould.
